Update – ACE Lismore Campus

LISMORE CAMPUS UPDATE – 11 OCTOBER 2021

As we all work to safely navigate our way across these next several months, the team at ACE Community Colleges is committed to keeping our staff and students informed.

In accord with the current New South Wales Government Public Health requirements, our College operations have changed. This is effective 11 October 2021 to 1 December 2021.

ACCREDITED CLASSES

There is no change to our online, accredited classes. Please continue to attend your scheduled video conferences and follow the instructions from your trainer regarding the e-Learning platform.

For class participation in face-to-face settings, proof of double vaccination is required during this time. This includes one-on-one support classes or accredited workshops. Upon enrolment or attendance in these programs, our Customer Care team will liaise with you to obtain evidence to support your vaccination status.

LEISURE CLASSES

We are taking a little pause on all face-to-face, non-accredited programs during this time. Our Customer Care team will be in touch with students with prior enrolments. Please contact us to discuss possible dates outside of the designated time frame.

COLLEGE SAFETY

All staff, students and visitors to our premises will be required to provide evidence to support double vaccination status. To maximise safety for everyone, please check in via our QR codes located at Reception and adhere to mask-wearing and social distancing mandates. Our careful practices of professional cleaning and sanitizing continue to be in place throughout all campuses.

The ACE team are here for you – we are available for any enquiries and student support during this time. Please reach out to us via phone 02 6622 1903 or email info@acecolleges.edu.au.

Importantly our online enrolment processes remain unchanged. You can lodge your application for any future course intake directly via our website.

We want to sincerely thank you for your assistance, and ongoing support. Until then, please stay well.
