News from ACE Colleges CEO

ACE Community Colleges advises that our workforce in the Northern Rivers and on the Gold Coast is returning to our College locations effective Monday 15th June 2020.

However, out of an abundance of caution and in compliance with Government guidelines and the advice of Health Professionals our operations will be different.

  • What this means for enquiries
Office Hours are now reduced to 9am – 4pm.
Phone and email enquiries are encouraged.
An ACE team member will respond to your enquiry.
  • In-person visits to our Colleges
At this time, and for the immediate future, visits to the Colleges are for these purposes only:
    (a) You have a genuine course enquiry that can not be managed via phone or email.
    (b) You need to make a payment which cannot be made online.
    (c) You have a pre-booked appointment.
  • COVIDSafe plan
COVIDSafe protocols and procedures have been implemented in all ACE locations to protect the health and wellbeing of our people, our students, and visitors.
  • Enrolled students
Our teams and contractors have fast tracked the capabilities of the ACE Online Learning platform. There is no change to study arrangements for enrolled students.
All students will continue with their course Online.
Negotiations are ongoing with providers to ensure practical placement for students is achieved as soon as it is safe.
  • New enrolments
Enrolments are open for all 2020 courses.
ACE has adopted a continuous intake model which sees courses commence the first week of every month. This means students no longer need to wait to get started with their course. All Students will continue to undertake their training via the ACE Online Learning platform.

Thank you for your continued support and positivity. These have been challenging times for everyone. The great news is ACE has been able to successfully innovate and provide outstanding training delivery in new and brilliant ways. I encourage you to explore the ACE Online 2020 course programming.

Finally, we absolutely look forward to welcoming everyone back to our Colleges when the time is right, and it is safe to do so. Stay well.

Best wishes
KERRY JOHNSON
