Helen O’Shea has a career background in Office Administration, Computer Training and IT Desktop Support. She has worked in the Corporate, Community and the Adult Education sectors. Helen holds a TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Accounting. Helen is passionate about training, ensuring the training is relevant, interesting and fun.
