Course
Description

This comprehensive course is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who has a story to tell and wants to learn more about the skills needed to engage and hold an audience effectively.

You could already be in performance art, a writer, artist, actor, working in the theatre, creative, student or simply interested in learning – everyone is welcome.

No prior performing experience is necessary, just enthusiasm for people and ideas, and a desire to tell a story and convey it with intention and clarity. Whether it be fictional or from your own life experience.

Over six sessions you will be introduced to a variety of performance techniques such as voice projection, body awareness, intention, listening, concentration, breathing and emotional memory.

Explore these skills, have fun, meet new people and work with an experienced actor and performer at an accessible price.

This course runs for six sessions, over six consecutive weeks at our Lismore campus.
