If you love fresh, pillow soft gnocchi that simply melts in your mouth, then this class is for you!  We will teach you how to create gnocchi from scratch just like they do in Italy.

You’ll learn to make sweet potato gnocchi, potato gnocchi and gluten free ricotta gnocchi, plus a vegetarian eggplant ragout sauce in the pressure cooker. Then we do lunch! Who’s up to the challenge?

Toni Zuschke learnt to cook authentic Italian cuisine as a young girl growing up in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. In the 1970’s, Italian families grew all their own produce like tomatoes and fresh herbs in their suburban backyards. They had free range chickens and made all their pasta by hand using traditional techniques.

Toni learnt to make gnocchi from the Nonna’s who spent their entire lives in the kitchen. It would often take two full days to make lasagne! Gnocchi making is a family affair and everyone would get involved in rolling the potato dough to create tasty fluffy pillows of goodness.
