CAMPUS UPDATE – 11 JANUARY 2022
As we all work to safely navigate our way across these next several months, the team at ACE Community Colleges is committed to keeping our staff and students informed.
In response to increasing case numbers, our College operations have changed. This is effective 11 January 2022, with a review of status scheduled for 1 February 2022.
The great news is there is no change to our current online, accredited classes.
Students commencing in January will be contacted to discuss their current enrolment and personal situation to understand the best commencement strategy for them.
All other students, please continue to attend your scheduled video conferences and follow the instructions from your trainer regarding the e-Learning platform.
When classroom-based learning does resume, proof of double vaccination is required for our Queensland Campus due to the current Public Health Order, and for our Aged Care, Disability and Early Childhood qualifications across all campuses. This includes all one-on-one support classes or any accredited workshops.
At enrolment our Customer Care team will liaise with you to obtain evidence to support your vaccination status.
All non-accredited short courses for work, workshops and lifestyle courses are paused until February 2022.
ACE Staff are working from our College locations across this period to ensure student enrolments, enquiries and commencements are not impacted. Staff and trainers will liaise with students using technologies. All campuses are currently closed to non-essential in-person visits by students, parents, agencies and suppliers.
The ACE team are here for you – we are available for any enquiries and student support during this time. Please reach out to us.
YOU CAN ENROL ONLINE AND START YOUR COURSE
Importantly our online enrolment processes remain unchanged. You can lodge your application for any future course intake directly via our website.
We want to sincerely thank you for your assistance, and ongoing support. Until then, please stay well.
