Using The Happiness Trap textbook by Dr. Russ Harris, this 8-week journey will guide you to:
You will engage in guided meditations, journaling and reflective exercises, small-group discussions, and weekly challenges designed to help you integrate mindfulness into daily living.
This course runs for eight sessions, over eight consecutive weeks at our Lismore campus.
Jeremy West is a mindfulness coach and teacher with over 15 years of personal practice and study spanning mindfulness, psychology, and communications. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Bachelor of Communications from Griffith University and is certified in results-coaching and mindfulness teaching.
After using mindfulness to rebuild his own life, Jeremy now shares his passion for helping others cultivate resilience, presence and peace of mind. His teaching spans community, educational and therapeutic settings – and he draws on improvisational theatre to make learning engaging, interactive and even fun.
