Opportunities at ACE

Cultural Arts Trainer

Our Community Programs team is seeking expressions of interest from practicing and suitably qualified artists to deliver CUA20420 Certificate II in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cultural Arts.

You will need:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Evidence of being a practicing Aboriginal artist and/or hold CUA20420 Certificate II in Aboriginal and/or
Torres Strait Islander Cultural Arts equivalent or higher
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)

Existing artists who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander are preferred. If not, you will be working alongside an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artist. This is a contracted position 1 day a week (Fridays) in Lismore. There may be room to grow in this role depending on willingness to travel.
