You will participate in guided meditations, reflective exercises, journaling, small-group discussions, and weekly challenges designed to help you integrate mindfulness into daily living.
This course runs for eight sessions, over eight consecutive weeks at our Lismore campus.
Jeremy West is a mindfulness coach and educator with over 15 years of study and personal practice in mindfulness, psychology, and secular Buddhism. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Bachelor of Communications from Griffith University and is certified in results coaching and mindfulness teaching.
Jeremy discovered mindfulness during a challenging period in his life and has since made it his mission to help others build resilience, presence, and peace of mind through practical, evidence-based mindfulness training. He has taught mindfulness to individuals and groups across community, educational, and therapeutic settings and integrates his background in improvisational theatre to make learning engaging, interactive, and fun.
