Bunjum Shines Bright in ECEC

SO PROUD of our Certificate III in Early Childhood students from Bunjum in Ballina. We sat down with trainer Lisa who shared the success of all these amazing students.

This year we have 23 students enrolled in the class. Many are starting to source Centre’s to complete their Workplace tasks and 120 hours Practicum. The students are active learners and eager to get out into the workplace.

One of the students Talia Roberts, has just gained employment at a local Long Day Care Centre in Alstonville and another student, Olivia O’Sullivan was already working at the Jarjum Day Care Centre in Ballina has changed from another RTO to join our class to complete her certificate after hearing about the support the students have received through this program.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the students so far and feel they will be successful educators in this field.

Cassandra Pattison has been working with the students on their Foundation skills and has added that all the students are willing participants in completing work required. They are all learning and thinking about new things. The students are forming new relationships within the education setting before stepping out into the childcare industry as a volunteer or an educator.

This course delivery is a positive investment in our local communities and ACE’s connection to these communities is for a bright outcome.

It has been a very successful class that we both have enjoyed teaching.

One step closer to your dream career, well done everyone on all your efforts.
