In our increasingly fast-paced world, with much uncertainty, our daily stress and anxiety has increased. The stress activates the nervous system to the point where thinking and basic body functions can become impaired. The self-guided techniques you will learn in Somatic Mindfulness will give you the skills to be able to relax and bring your body and mind back to optimum function.
In this three-week course you will gain a tool that:

- Aids to relieve the effects of trauma
- Enables personal growth.
You will learn a mindful meditation that can be done quickly and easily anytime, anywhere. When practised regularly, you will find yourself responding to life instead of being in a reactive mode of behaviour. This is a tool you can access for the rest of your life, the only requirement is a willingness to practice it twice a day for 10 minutes at a time.
