Resilience is the ability to ‘bounce back’ and is the new must have skill to support a happy, healthy you.
As we journey through life we will come across challenges (large and small) that need to be negotiated. The way we react to stress will be different for each person and is influenced by several factors. Scientists now realise that stress can have a significant impact on all levels of our being. In this workshop you will learn vital skills that will assist in both managing stress and building resilience. You will weave this into your every day.
This course is delivered by Sally Johnston. She has worked in this sector for more than 20 years. Sally is a Qualified Counsellor, Reiki Master, Energy Healing Facilitator and Workshop presenter. Her motivation is helping others with personal development, healing and living to their full potential.
