Electrical Safety Testing and Tagging

Worth 6 CPD Points, this course is conducted in association with Axiom Compliance and has been designed to provide participants with the skills, knowledge and certification to perform inspections and tests using approved Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) equipment in accordance with the requirements and standards as set out in the Code of Practice (Electrical Practices for Construction Work) and Australian Standards AS3760. Successful participants will receive a Statement of Attainment: UEENEEP008B Conduct In-Service Safety Testing of Electrical Cord Assemblies and Cord Connected Equipment.

OH&S for Construction Sites - White Card

The Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo

This course is WorkCover NSW accredited and is a prerequisite for employment in the construction industry in NSW. It provides an overview of the NSW OH&S Act 2000. Students must present 100 points of ID (including 1 photo) at the class for WorkCover documents. This course is offered in partnership with Skills on Safety. Successful participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for CPCCOHS1001A - Work Safely in the Construction Industry.  The course will run every second Wednesday.

Replace Plugs and Sockets

Worth 1 CPD point, this addendum to the Electrical Testing and Tagging course qualifies successful participants to replace plugs and sockets identified as being faulty. Participants will receive a Certificate of Competency and take home a 5 metre commercial extension lead they have constructed during the course.
