From Farm to Fork

Visit the Local Farmer's Market, meet the farmers, discover the importance of why we need to support local food producers and realise that you can taste the difference.Learn how to cook with the seasons and conserve and preserve the abundance of the seasons, as well as reduce your carbon footprint. You will learn how to make jam and jelly, ways to entertain over the festive period and cooking ideas for Christmas gifts. Finally we sit down to share a Famers ' Market meal and recipes. There is a $25 material fee payable to the trainer.
