Tai Chi for Beginners
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of exercise that consists of slow, graceful, peaceful, flowing movements. One of the avowed aims of Tai Chi is to foster the circulation of Chi (energy) within the body. This Chi circulates in patterns that are closely related to the nervous and vascular systems and, thus, is closely connected with the practice of acupuncture and other oriental, healing arts. Patrice has been teaching Tai Chi for 18 years and has a passion to help others gain energy and vitality in a safe environment.
TMJ Program

In this workshop you will learn to recognise and eliminate many of the most common habits which interfere with easy, effortless vision, and learn new skills which lead you to see more clearly. If you are noticing differences in your sight as you age, want to understand why your sight changes, how you can slow or reverse the process, how to use your eyes, neck and spine intelligently to improve quality clarity and comfort in your vision, this workshop is for you.

The Program was develped by two Queensland based Feldenkrais Practitioners with a combined 38 years of experience in the Health & Education industry. Similar courses offered in capital cities can cost up to $300.
