Student Support
All learners on accredited programs have access to a qualified trainer/assessor. The trainer will organise an induction for students to ensure they are provided with the information they need to transition successfully into their chosen course of study. Trainers will also induct students at the commencement of each unit on content, delivery and assessment. They will also advise students of support services available.
Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and the trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate.
Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their study.
In order to maximise each learner's chances of sucessfully completing their studies, the following support services are also offered by the college to all enrolled students:
- RPL support
- Literacy/numeracy support*
- Studey skills support*
- IT support*
*These services may be integrated into some courses or accesed separately for a small additional fee. RPL support is provided free of charge to all enrolled students.
